OoLaLa Cosmetic Laser Clinic not only offers anti ageing treatments including non invasive treatments, but also more invasive and advanced treatments. We are proud to offer our clients a vast variety of treatments and offer the latest in cosmetic medicine.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All appointments require a $50.00 deposit to secure your booking. Your deposit of $50.00 is forfeited if your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours or you do not attend your appointment.
PAYMENT TERMS
Patients are required to pay for their procedures privately as the majority of procedures are elective. It is important that patients understand the procedures and any associated costs relating to the treatments. Please ask us if you require clarification about any of the costs associated with your treatments or procedures. Prepaid treatments are non refundable and can not be transferred to another person. Prepaid treatments also have an expiry date of 12 months from date of purchase. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the products or services you asked for.
CONSULTATIONS
If you would like to discuss your concerns with our Cosmetic Doctor, patients are required to pay a $90.00 consultation fee.
We also alternatively offer complimentary skin analysis and consultations with our Dermal Therapists to discuss your concerns and to discuss any of our treatments and procedures.
Pricing for treatments may be provided to you at the time of your consultation. More complex procedures performed by our Cosmetic Doctor require a written quote. Quotes are usually emailed to prospective clients within a few days after their consultation with our Cosmetic Doctor.
LATENESS POLICY
Your appointment is your time, set aside specifically for you. To get the most out of your appointment please arrive on time. Being late for your appointment will potentially shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next guest. Please advise if you are running late for your appointment. Standard booking fees will still apply.
COOLING OFF PERIOD
Most procedures can be performed after your initial consultation, at a time suitable to the client.
Procedures performed by our Cosmetic Doctor, such as Thread lifts, liposuction, Smart Laser Lipo and Blepharoplasty will require a 7-day cooling-off period following your Consultation. The cooling off period for patients under the age of 18 will be longer.
PROCEDURAL FEES
A 20% deposit is required to book you procedure with our Cosmetic Doctor to secure your booking and facility. This facility fee will be deducted from the total of your cost of your procedure as quoted. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we are happy to do so, provided we are given a 72 hours notice. In the event of late cancellations or no shows, the facility fee will be forfeited to cover costs associated due to lost Doctor and Facility time.
Full payment for your procedure with our Cosmetic Doctor must be received in full 48 hours before your surgery or procedure.

Our EFTPOS facilities can process Visa and MasterCard payments.
