What is a Bio Remodelling Treatment?
Bio Remodellers have been a very popular treatment in the USA and across Europe, but only available in Australia since 2022. This treatment stimulates the production of collagen and elastin in your skin. It can leave your skin looking younger by improving skin tone and texture and also by helping to restore hydration to dull and lax looking skin.
Bio-remodeller are specifically formulated to stimulate collagen and elastin within the skin. Bio Remodellers are different to skin boosters as they stimulate collagen. They are also not to be confused with volume enhancement as they do not add any volume to your face, but purely aim towards an improvement of your overall skin quality and complexion.
Are there any side effects?
We consider this treatment fairly non invasive with minimal or no downtime. It is common to have small bumps, some tenderness and mild bruising after your treatment. We recommend not wearing any make up for 12 hours after your treatment and avoid vigorous exercise and alcohol for a couple of days.
How many treatments are required?
The recommended protocol of treatments is an initial 2-3 treatments spaced one month apart. To maintain this result a single treatment is performed every 6-12 months.
When can I expect to see results?
The first effect patients usually notice is more hydrated skin within a few days after the treatments. Usually, you may see some effects around a month after your treatment. Results continue to improve as your body is creating it’s own collagen and elastin.
