Our Dermal therapists undergo regular training sessions to always keep up with always evolving industry trends and treatments. Tracey – Senior Dermal Therapist / Laser Technician
Tracey has been in the industry for over 30 years. She has been part of the Oo La La Family for over 6 years. She has a passion for facial treatments, skin booster treatments and overall skin rejuvenation. Tracey also understands that skin needs may change due to menopause and women’s hormonal changes. She is always up for a chat and her sound knowledge in the industry makes her a valuable member of our team.
Rhiana – Reception / Client Liaison
Rhiana assists the Business Manager to structure, organize and manage day to day operations as well as HR & Marketing. Rhiana has a strong background in sales, management and HR. Rhiana maintains a friendly relationship with all our patients to ensure you receive the best experience.

Sophie is passionate about all things in beauty therapy, skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing treatments. She has been in the industry for over 8 years and has continuously learned new skills in this ever-evolving industry. She has undergone various studies, courses and is also an Enrolled Nurse. Sophie has had extensive training as a Cosmetic Injector, and she is excited to be working alongside Doctor Mark Jeffery to achieve amazing results for our patients.
