Our Dermal Therapists undertake regular training to support their ongoing professional development. All our Therapists and Nurses are overseen by our Cosmetic Doctor and Clinic Director, Doctor Mark Jeffery.
Elaine Jeffery – Clinic Manager/Support Therapist
Elaine oversees the day to day running of our busy clinic. She has a vast knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry. Elaines prides herself in helping clients achieve their skin goals. Though Elaine is busy with a lot of behind the scenes tasks, she loves being at the clinic and pampering her clients with one of the many facial treatments on offer.
Rhiana – Reception / Client Liaison
Rhiana assists the Business Manager to structure, organize and manage day to day operations as well as HR & Marketing. Rhiana has a strong background in sales, management and HR. Rhiana maintains a friendly relationship with all our patients to ensure you receive the best experience.

Taleah provides a wide range of cosmetic and skin treatments as well as advanced laser treatments. Taleah is passionate about providing personalised care to clients.

She is passionate about providing personalised care and takes time to understand each client’s individual needs and goals. Her approach may involve combining treatments, depending on the client’s needs and suitability.

Sophie is passionate about all things beauty therapy and skin rejuvenation. She has been in the industry for over 10 years and has continuously learned new skills in this ever-evolving industry. She has undergone various studies and courses and is also an Enrolled Nurse. Sophie has extensive training as a Cosmetic Injector, and she is excited to work alongside Doctor Mark Jeffery to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
Tracey – Senior Dermal Therapist / Laser Technician
Tracey has been in the industry for over 30 years. She has been part of the Oo La La Family for over 6 years. She has a passion for facial treatments, skin booster treatments and overall skin rejuvenation. Tracey also understands that skin needs may change due to menopause and women’s hormonal changes. She is always up for a chat and her sound knowledge in the industry makes her a valuable member of our team.
Pegah – Dermal Therapist / Laser Technician
Pegah has nine years of experience in skin health and rejuvenation, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science (Aesthetics). Pegah is passionate about helping clients achieve radiant, confident skin through personalised care and advanced treatments. She combines her extensive clinical knowledge with a warm and caring approach, focusing on making every client feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment.
