The Procedure

Your Cosmetic Doctor or treating Nurse will mark out the treatment area on your cheeks and proceed as required.

Treatment may require the use of a local anaesthetic or cold packs to make the procedure less painful for the patient. Please allow 30 to 60 minutes for your treatment.

The Results

Cheek enhancers are long-lasting, with most cosmetic companies suggesting a life cycle of 8 – 18 months.

The longevity of the product depends on the type, the injection area and your own personal biology.

Generally, side effects are temporary and localised to the cheeks themselves and/or the surrounding treatment area. You may notice some swelling, redness, bruising and general soreness.

This is to avoid any potential adverse reactions occurring at the time when your treatment is settling in.
